Q: When will my order ship out?
A: Your order will ship out 1-2 business days after you place your order. We offer standard post (arrives in 3-5 business days), and express post (next business day delivery in metropolitan areas).
Q: How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the products unless free shipping is advertised.
Standard shipping
500 g (1 belt) = $8.80
500g - 1kg (3 belts) = $11
1kg - 3kg (4 belts +) =$13.80
3kg and above = $17.60
Express Shipping
500 g (1 belt) = $10.90
500g - 1kg (3 belts) = $13.20
1kg - 3kg (4 belts +) = $15.80

Q: Is it real leather?
A: Yes, it is real leather.
Q: How do you size the belts?
A: Once you indicate your size in checkout, we cut the leather by hand to ensure it is the perfect size.
Q: Can I resize the belt once I've received it?
A: Yes, you can. Simply turn the buckle to its back where you will see a flap securing the leather in place. Lift up this flap and cut off any excess leather to resize.
Q: What size should I buy?
A: Order your pant size. With Bobby Belts, there is no need to order a size up. We have calculated our sizes to match your pant size exactly.
Q: Can girls wear Bobby Belts?
A: Bobby Belts are unisex.
Q: What is the width of the leather strap?
A: All Bobby Belts are 35mm in width.
Q: I'm stuck in my belt, how do I get out?
A: Bobby Belts use a ziplock mechanism to open and close, it is activated by a button. Click here to see how the belt works.
Q: Do you have a refund/return policy?
A: Refunds must be done within 30 days after purchasing the product. Simply e-mail info@bobbybelts.com.au with a picture of your product and any explanatory notes. Upon receiving your return, we will refund the amount of the product, minus shipping and handling.
